Chairman/Executive Director

Dato’ Tan Hock San @ Tan Hock Ming

Dato’ Tan Hock San @ Tan Hock Ming is the Chairman of the Board. He also holds the post of President of FSBM Holdings Bhd.

Dato’ Tan is the founder of FSBM. He graduated with a Bachelor in Computer Science (Hons) from the University of London in 1973. Prior to starting FSBM, he served in IBM World Trade Corporation, Exxon Production Malaysia Incorporated, HRM Sdn Bhd and Business Computers Sdn Bhd.
