Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Haji Zainul Ariff bin Haji Hussain

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Haji Zainul Ariff Bin Haji. Hussain, was appointed to the Board of Directors on 13 April 2009. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Option Committees.

He holds a Ph.D in Public Policy from University of Southern California, USA, a Master in Business Administration from Ohio University, USA, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from University of Malaya, Diploma in Public Administration from University of Malaya, a Certificate in Management Services (Excellent Grade) from the Royal Institute of Public Administration, United Kingdom, and a Certificate of Anatomy of Ship Finance, Cambridge Academy of Transport, Cambridge, UK.

He has served 35 years in the Malaysian civil service in various positions including as Secretary of Higher Education of Ministry of Education, Director-General of the Social Economic Research Unit in the Prime Minister’s Department, Deputy Secretary-General of the Prime Minister’s Department and Secretary General of the Ministry of National Unity and Social Development. He has retired from the civil service as Director-General of the Implementation Coordination Unit in the Prime Minister’s Department.

He was also a member of the Board of Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) and served as Chairman of Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad. Presently, he is the Chairman of the Board of University Malaysia Perlis and is a Distinguish Fellow of the Institute of Strategic and International Studies Malaysia (ISIS). Tan Sri Dato’ Dr Haji Zainul is also Director of Gamuda Berhad.    


Loh Hung Lee @ Loh Khiun Lee

Mr. Loh Hung Lee @ Loh Khiun Lee was appointed to the Board on 27 November 2008.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics (Accounting) from University of Tasmania, Australia. He is also qualified as a Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Australia, a member of Australian Society of Accountants, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Chartered Accountant (CA) Malaysia. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent Malaysia and a member of the Malaysian Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents.

Mr. Loh has a strong diversified working experience and he was an accountant in a hotel-motel chain, a casino and a car manufacturing company. He was also the group accountant cum company secretary in a quarry and logistic company, group general manager in a logistic, in a chemical industry as well as for a property development and management company. He was also a shareholder and director for a carton packaging company.

Mr. Loh is currently an owner of Real Estate Company in Malaysia.   


Lim Kuo Phau @ Vincent Lim Kuo Phau

Mr Lim Kuo Phau @ Vincent Lim Kuo Phau was appointed to the Board on 24 April 2008.

Mr Lim joins the Board with a strong diversified academic background. He holds a BSc (Honours) in Engineering, a LLB (Honours) and a BA (Honours) in Philosophy from the University of London . Mr Lim also graduated from University of New England with a Master of Art in Applied Linguistics.

Mr Lim is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and a fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia. He is also a Barrister-at-Law of Gray's Inn and an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya since 2 September 1983. Mr Lim is a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.

In the involvement of societal affairs in Malaysia, Mr Lim had serverd as a Member of Parliament for Petaling Jaya Utara (1995-1999). He had also served in the Council of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia.

Mr Lim is the member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia, and the First Panel of Arbitrators of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration. Mr Lim is currently the senior partner of VIncent Lim & Partners, Advocatars & Solicitors.
