ACCOUNT MANAGER (HEALTHCARE)The Responsibilities - The purpose of this position is to plan, organize, promote, co-ordinate and control the development of markets, meeting sales goals and perform those activities to achieve the objectives in obtaining maximum growth and profitability in the assigned territory
- To create, update, manage and maintain all assigned accounts
- To conduct appropriate study and assessment with customer to identify their needs/requirements and to develop appropriate business proposals, presentation and prototypes based on these requirements to secure the business
- To co-ordinate and manage all communication with customers, management, relevant internal teams, and with 3rd party suppliers/vendors throughout the account lifespan
- To develop, execute and manage appropriate strategies, plans and budgets to secure new sales
- To develop and manage any assigned sales staff and ensure that they meet their assigned sales targets/deliverables within the stipulated period
- To maintain business continuity and build up rapport with existing and potential business contacts
- Possess at least a Degree in IT (or related field)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the IT industry with exposure to System Integration
- Exposure to Sales and Relationship Management is necessary
- Sales experience in the Healthcare industry, particularly in the public healthcare environment is strongly preferred
- Possess leadership skills as well as strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia language, both verbal and written
- Experience in preparing proposals, establishing project cost and timeline
- Able to work under broad direction with
- Conversant with storage/server/network solutions implementation in multiple server operating systems environment
- Initiative, possessing intellectual agility, result driven, business acumen, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills that allow the candidate to work under broad direction and independently
