• Listed on Bursa Malaysia, Second Board under the name of Fujitsu Systems Business (Malaysia) Berhad on 24 October 1994, under the stock counter name of Fujitsu.
• Achieved a premium of RM4.60 on the opening day of listing, one of the best achieved premiums amongst the new listings for the year
• Awarded the International Reseller of the Year award by Infocorp Computer Solutions Ltd, Canada in our first year of retail business
• New and independent Amdahl Sales division was established within FSBM
• FSBM was bestowed the Platinum award in recognition of our quality support and services to our customers
• Significant improvement in turnover whereby turnover rose by 69.3% to RM54.5 million from previous year
