Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment System

Project description:

The mobile operator requires the Electronic Bill Presentment solution (EBPS) to deliver bill/statement to its customers via the company's web site as well as the email.

EBPS covers the following features and functionalities:
  - registration of billers
  - defining the bills/statements
  - extracting the data on the bills/statements
  - composing the bills/statements
  - notifying customers
  - presenting the bills on the web
  - customer self care

With the implementation of EBPS, daily operational issues that revolves around the generation and distribution of more than a million customer bills a month will be greatly reduced. This significantly reduces the cost of distribution, inconveniences to customers, complaints from customers on non-receipt or late delivery of bills. It also provides a new channel for the customers to receive, view and check their bills.

FSBM was selected to design, develop and implement the application. The implementation consisted of the following components:

 - Backend Processing Application
 - Front-End Web Application
 - Administration Application.
